ACE 3000 ICP-MS
Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometer
Mass Spectrometer for Analysis of Inorganic Compound
The ACE 3000 ICP-MS is a mass spectrometer dedicated to inorganic element analysis capable of simultaneous multi-element analysis of trace inorganic element components.
In our overall living environment (air, water quality, food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.),
we analyze heavy metal components harmful to the human body as well as ultrafine element components such as the semiconductor industry.
Technical background
Using 6000–8000K high-temperature inductively coupled plasma (ICP) using argon gas as an ion source, a liquid sample is aerosolized through a nebulizer and a spray chamber, then introduced into the plasma to measure ionized atoms in high-temperature plasma according to mass to charge ratio.
